Our ute trays are truely built different and specially engineered with strength and quality in mind. We've used a solid 8mm thick 5052 Marine Grade Aluminium with a 50x100mm c-channel for the main frame of the tray, with a 3mm 50x50mm SHS sub-frame. Additionally, other components of the tray have been built with quality 304 stainless steel for added strength and anti-corrosion capabilities.

MT Ute Trays also feature a heavy duty 7mm main bracing system to mount onto your chassis. Our trays are designed for Aussie utes including Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux, Isuzu Dmax, Mitsubishi Triton, Mazda BT-50, Nissan Navara and more. Our trays are designed for all of these utes, simply adjust the mounts to suit the vehicle.

Our Dual Cab ute trays come equipped with the following:

8mm Aluminium C-Channel 50x100mm Main Frame and 3mm 50x50mm SHS Sub Frame: Built from 5052 series marine-grade aluminium, ensuring exceptional durability, strength, and lightweight performance.

Trundle Drawer: Our 3mm 304 grade stainless steel trundle drawer is waterproof and dust-proof, is 1700mm long, with a width of 750mm, and lockable.

Water Tank & Tap: Our trays come with an in-built 304 grade stainless steel 50L water tank and tap for your convenience. It is simply hidden and tucked away within the headboard.

Headboard: Included with your tray is an 80mm headboard that is designed to line up perfectly with your tray and canopy.

Undertray Toolboxes: Keep your tools and accessories securely stored in our tough 3mm 5052 series flat aluminium toolboxes, tailored to fit your vehicle and perfectly match your tray.

Flared Wheel Guards: Each tray is equipped with our rugged, lightweight, and sleek flared wheel guards. These guards are adjustable to fit your wheelbase and come with four slotted holes and 4 x M10 bolts on each guard, allowing for easy installation and customisation.

Enhanced Reinforcement with Unistrut Channel: Beneath the tray, we incorporate unistrut channels for added structural support, allowing for easy adjustment of undertray toolboxes and mudguards. This feature provides greater customisation options, improving the versatility and functionality of our trays to meet your unique requirements.

Tray Sides: The sides of our tray are made from strong 3mm thick 5052 series aluminum, offering excellent support and durability, all while keeping the design lightweight.

Latches & Hinges: Our trays are equipped with premium 304 stainless steel hinges and latches, providing enhanced durability and excellent corrosion resistance.

License Plate Light: Securely mounted 12v LED number plate light.

Rear Tray LED Sequential Tail Lights: Premium Design 12v ADR appoved Sequential LED Tail Lights included.

Fuel Filler: Our trays come with a fuel filler relocation kit which mounts onto your new tray.

Reverse Camera: You will have the option to receive a new reverse camera with a bracket and cable to re run this on your new tray.

Parking Sensor: Our trays also come with optional new parking sensors, brackets and wiring.

Blind Spot Monitor (BSM): You will receive a new blind spot monitor radar bracket to mount this onto your tray. This is important for some utes that come with BSM from 2019 onwards.
