Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)
Our standard shipping delivers your order within 3–5 business days across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are valid for 3 days due to fluctuations in fuel charges.
Express Shipping Requests
Need your order faster? We’ve got you covered.
For express shipping, please reach out to us at hello@monstatouring.com.au. or call us directly at 0434 272 687 to receive a custom quote. This is perfect for last-minute purchases or time-sensitive needs.
Local Pickup
If you’re local to us, you can choose in-store pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
You can then pick up your order from our location at:

Pickup is available during our business hours:
Mon – Fri: 9am to 4pm
Sat: 9am to 1pm
Sun: Closed
Rooftop Tent, Trays & Canopies Shipping
Due to the size and weight of our products, we offer three delivery options:

Warehouse Pickup – Collect directly from our warehouse.

Residential Delivery – Ship to a residential address, with a tail lift and pallet jack. Must be a clear, flat and concealed driveway with truck access.

Freight Depot Collection – Pick up from a designated freight depot.
Note:
For residential or depot deliveries, the recipient is responsible for offloading the product and disposing of any pallets or packaging.
