Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Monsta Touring, we understand the importance of fast and reliable shipping for our customers. That's why we offer a range of shipping options tailored to suit your needs.


Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)

Our standard shipping delivers your order within 1–5 business days across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are valid for 3 days due to fluctuations in fuel charges.


Rooftop Tent, Trays & Canopies Shipping Options

Due to the size and weight of our products, we offer three delivery options:

Residential Delivery – Ship to a residential address, with a tail lift and pallet jack. Must be a clear, flat and concealed driveway with truck access.

Business Delivery – Ship to a business address, with no tail lift or pallet jack. Must have a forklift on site to unload the truck. Must be a clear, flat and concealed driveway with truck access. Usually the cheapest option.

Freight Depot Collection – Pick up from a designated freight depot. The online calculator will provide you with a few options for the closest depots to the suburb you enter.

Local Warehouse PickupIf you’re local to us, you can choose in-store pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready (usually within 2 hours), we’ll send you a confirmation email.
You can then pick up your order from our location at:

Pickup is available during our business hours:
Mon – Fri: 9:00am to 4:00pm
Sat: 9:00am to 1:00pm
Sun: Closed

Note:

Awnings cannot be delivered to a residential address as they are longer than 2.5m. Therefore, we only offer warehouse pickup, business delivery and freight depot collection.

For residential, business or depot deliveries, the recipient is responsible for offloading the product and disposing of any pallets or packaging.

Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your items safely and promptly. We try to be as competitive as we can with shipping, so in most cases we will offer you more than one option. This includes delivery to your residential address, or delivery to your nearest depot or business often for a cheaper price.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Standard handling time: 1 day. Orders finalised before 10:00 AM (AEST) on business days will be dispatched/shipped the same day. Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed.

Transit Time

Standard transit time: 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Additional delays may occur during peak seasons or public holidays.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. No PO Box deliveries. If an incorrect address is supplied, additional fees may apply.

Transit Liability

- Customers are responsible for items once they are in their possession.

- Transit insurance is highly recommended for all deliveries.

- If you arrange your own freight, Monsta Touring is not liable for lost or damaged goods.

- If Monsta Touring arranges freight and insurance, we will handle any transit claims on your behalf.

Upon Delivery

- Please inspect your order immediately for any damage or discrepancies.

- Report any issues to us as soon as possible to avoid processing delays or potential denial of claims.
