Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty Coverage

- 2-Year Warranty: Applies to all Monsta Touring products except awnings.

- 1-Year Warranty: Specific to awnings, including the 270 Freestanding Awning.

- Coverage includes defects in workmanship and materials from the original purchase date.

What’s Covered

Structural & Mechanical Components:

- Trays and Canopies: Locks, gas struts, hinges, drawers, and drawer runners for trays and canopies.

- Tents & Awnings: Fabric, electrical components, gas struts, poles, and all originally included hardware.

270 Awning Installation Requirements (Critical for Warranty Validity)

- Use only the supplied brackets.

- Brackets must be spaced no less than 1250mm apart.

- The rear bracket must be no more than 300mm from the back of the awning.

- Use all four bolts to attach the awning to the back plate.

- Do not over-tighten the fixing bolts.

- Mount the awning to either a roof rack or a canopynot both.

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

- Email hello@monstatouring.com.au with:

A copy of your invoice

Photos clearly showing the issue

Any supporting documentation (e.g. technician's report)

- Items must be brought to Monsta Touring’s working address for assessment and service.

Important Warranty Exclusions

- Surface wear: Scratches, rust, and coating wear are not covered.

- Environmental damage: Weather events, natural disasters, or corrosion.

- Misuse or modification: Includes aftermarket parts not installed by Monsta Touring.

- Non-transferability: Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

- “Factory seconds,” damaged, auction, or ex-demo products unless otherwise stated in writing.

Return & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist.

How to Return a Product

- Email hello@monstatouring.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

- Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

- Securely package the item and send it back within 14 days of receiving the label.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive the item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to damage, a fault, or an incorrect item, Monsta Touring will cover the return freight. If your item was freighted, Monsta Touring will arrange for the freight company to pick it up from your location.

 

Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your items safely and promptly. We try to be as competitive as we can with shipping, so in most cases we will offer you more than one option. This includes delivery to your residential address, or delivery to your nearest depot often for a cheaper price.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders finalized before 10:00 AM (AEST) on business days will ship the same day. Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed (via PayPal or credit card).

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery time: Up to 12 business days, depending on your location. Additional delays may occur during peak seasons or public holidays.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. No PO Box deliveries. If an incorrect address is supplied, additional fees may apply.

Transit Liability

- Customers are responsible for items once they are in their possession.

- Transit insurance is highly recommended for all deliveries.

- If you arrange your own freight, Monsta Touring is not liable for lost or damaged goods.

- If Monsta Touring arranges freight and insurance, we will handle any transit claims on your behalf.

Upon Delivery

- Please inspect your order immediately for any damage or discrepancies.

- Report any issues to us as soon as possible to avoid processing delays or potential denial of claims.
