Our canopies are truely built different. We've used 2.5mm 5052 Marine Grade Aluminium with c-channels and a strong unistrut bracing system. This unistrut system has proven to be a versatile and reliable solution for structural support and provides strength and durability, ease of installation, flexibility and versatility, and minimising the need to drill through your canopy & accessories. Our locks and quality German designed gas struts are made with high tensile anti-corrosion 304 grade stainless steel. Finally, our canopies also have our unique level flooring system, raising the accessories for ease of use and to avoid jamming the fridge and drawers. The canopy is built to withstand the toughest Aussie conditions, supporting up to 500kg of evenly distributed weight on the roof.

MT Ute Trays also feature a heavy duty 7mm main bracing system to mount onto your chassis. Our trays are designed for Aussie utes including Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux, Isuzu Dmax, Mitsubishi Triton, Mazda BT-50, Nissan Navara and more. Our trays are designed for all of these utes, simply adjust the mounts to suit the vehicle.

Car Door Rubber: Combined with our unique stainless steel door hinges, our car door rubber is designed for the water to travel down the edges of the canopy, to seal it and keep the inside of the canopy concealed from dust and waterproof.

Raised Floor: Unique level flooring system, raising the accessories for ease of use and to avoid jamming the fridge and drawers.

Precision Welding & Workmanship: Fully TIG welded seams for maximum durability. Quality welds with care and precision.

8mm Aluminium C-Channel 50x100mm Main Frame and 3mm 50x50mm SHS Sub Frame: Built from 5052 series marine-grade aluminum, ensuring exceptional durability, strength, and lightweight performance.

Enhanced Reinforcement with Unistrut Channel: Beneath the tray, we incorporate unistrut channels for added structural support, allowing for easy adjustment of undertray toolboxes and mudguards. This feature provides greater customisation options, improving the versatility and functionality of our trays to meet your unique requirements.

Tray Sides: The sides of our tray are made from strong 3mm thick 5052 series aluminum, offering excellent support and durability, all while keeping the design lightweight.

Water Tank & Tap: Our trays come with an in-built 304 grade stainless steel 50L water tank and tap for your convenience. It is simply hidden and tucked away within the headboard.

Trundle Drawer: Our trundle drawer is waterproof and dust-proof, is 1700mm long, with a width of 750mm and a load capacity of 100kg.

Undertray Toolboxes: Keep your tools and accessories securely stored in our tough 2.5mm 5052 series flat aluminium toolboxes, tailored to fit your vehicle and perfectly match your tray.

Flared Wheel Guards: Each tray is equipped with our rugged, lightweight, and sleek flared wheel guards. These guards are adjustable to fit your wheelbase and come with four slotted holes and 4 x M10 bolts on each guard, allowing for easy installation and customisation.

Latches & Hinges: Our trays are equipped with premium 304 stainless steel hinges and latches, providing enhanced durability and excellent corrosion resistance.

License Plate Light: Securely mounted 12v LED number plate light.
